Full Contour Solid Zirconia Promotion

We are pleased to announce we now offer 2 new service types:

Until June 30th, 2012, we are offering 2 free units of the Full Contour Solid Zirconia to all interested customers.

Any preparation with a minimum of 0.5 mm of occlusal space is acceptable, but 1 mm is ideal. Shoulder preparation is not necessary.

New Address

Our Beijing lab facility is moving to a new location. We will be fully operational at the new address in Beijing on Tuesday, May 1st. We have just mailed (US Postal) everyone a packet containing all necessary shipping documentation updated with the new address. Each packet will contain:

  • New FedEx Airbills
  • New Commercial Invoices
  • New China “No Wood” Affidavits
  • New Packing Lists
  • Lab Scripts

As soon as you receive your packet, please dispose of all documentation currently in use, and start using the new documentation immediately. As of May 8th, 2012, we will no longer be able to receive shipments at our previous address in Beijing. Please also advise any person(s) that handle shipping within your organization of this change. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

FedEx Dimensional Weight (DIM) Notice

FedEx calculates shipping charges based on dimensional weight (DIM), a volumetric calculation, if this value exceeds the actual weight. To avoid higher dimensional weight charges, please do the following:

1. Always use a FedEx-provided box. You can order these free of charge by calling 1-800-463-3339, or visiting your nearest FedEx Office location.

2. Avoid changing the original dimensions of the FedEx box. Even a bulge in the middle if a box is packed too tightly or not optimally will be captured by FedEx’s infrared scanners. We have attached a photo of a box that was charged a dimensional weight, as the dimensions were altered near the middle by the customer.

3. Move up one size larger FedEx box if you are unable to pack all contents without altering the box dimensions. This is almost always a cheaper alternative to a dimensional weight charge.

May 1st Holiday Notice

Due to the upcoming Chinese May 1 holiday, we will not be able to receive or ship cases on April 30 and May 1. The last day to ship from your location without incurring delay is April 25 (assuming we receive on April 28). You can resume shipping from your location without delay on May 1. The delivery schedule during this time is as follows:

Chinese New Year 2012 Notice

Due to the upcoming 2012 Chinese New Year holiday, we will be closed in China from January 23-26. The last day to ship from your location without incurring delay is January 16. You can resume shipping from your location without delay on January 26. The delivery schedule during this time is as follows:

Upcoming China Holidays Announcement

Due to the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival holiday (September 12) and Chinese National Day holiday (October 1-3), please plan for brief processing and delivery delays.

Mid-Autumn Festival: Cases we receive on September 8 (you send on September 5) will be delivered to you on September 15.
National Day: Cases we receive from September 29-October 3 will be delayed briefly. The last day to ship cases from your facility without delay is September 24. Please refer to our turnaround calendars on our website for specific delivery dates.

Chinese New Year 2011 Notice
