Due to two upcoming contiguous holidays in China, the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, we will not be able to receive or ship cases on September 30th, October 1st, and October 2nd. Furthermore, cases we receive in Beijing on September 27th, September 28th, September 29th, and/or October 3rd will be delivered to you beyond our normal turnaround schedule. Therefore, cases shipped from your facility to Beijing from September 24th until October 1, please plan for a delivery delay. The delivery schedule during this time is as follows:

*Also note that UPS will only provide 2-day delivery service from October 3rd to October 6th. Our delivery dates already account for this; however, please be aware of this additional limitation during that period.
Please note that during this time we will do our best to timely process and export cases. However, unforeseen delays should be taken into consideration if you have extremely time-sensitive cases. If you send cases during this period, we kindly ask you carefully check all lab scripts to ensure we have all necessary information to quickly process your cases. Furthermore, please make sure you are available either by phone or email in case we have questions concerning a case. Please also refer to our turnaround calendars on the website for delivery schedules.
