The last day to send cases from your facility and avoid delays is January 24th. Please refer to the following delivery schedule for cases sent during this time:

*Please note that during this time we will do our best to timely process and export cases. However, unforeseen delays should be taken into consideration if you have extremely time-sensitive cases. If you send cases during this period, we kindly ask you carefully check all lab scripts to ensure we have all necessary information to quickly process your cases. Furthermore, please make sure you are available either by phone or email in case we have questions concerning a case.
