Due to the upcoming Chinese May 1 holiday, we will not be able to receive or ship cases on April 30 and May 1. The last day to ship from your location without incurring delay is April 25 (assuming we receive on April 28). You can resume shipping from your location without delay on May 1. The delivery schedule during this time is as follows:

Please note that during this time we will do our best to timely process and export cases. However, unforeseen delays should be taken into consideration if you have extremely time-sensitive cases. If you send cases during this period, we kindly ask you carefully check all lab scripts to ensure we have all necessary information to process your cases. Furthermore, please make sure you are available either by phone or email in case we have questions concerning a case. Please also refer to our turnaround calendars on the website for delivery schedules.
