2018 Chinese New Year Notice

Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, we will not be able to receive or ship cases from February 15th through February 21st. Also, cases we receive on February 13th, February 14th, February 22nd, and February 23rd will be finished and delivered to you beyond our normal turnaround schedule. Therefore, the last day we recommend shipping out cases to avoid delays is Wednesday, February 7th.

*Please note that during this time we will do our best to timely process and export cases. However, unforeseen delays should be taken into consideration if you have extremely time-sensitive cases. If you send cases during this period, we kindly ask you carefully check all lab scripts to ensure we have all necessary information to quickly process your cases. Furthermore, please make sure you are available either by phone or email in case we have questions concerning a case. Please also refer to our turnaround calendars on the website for delivery schedules.
