Our Process

Step 1:

Call or email us in the U.S. (479-876-8666 or info@megadentlabs.com) for an introductory shipping packet.

This packet contains all the documents you need to send cases initially. If you decide to set up an account with us, you will be able to obtain these documents through your online account login.

Step 2:

Fill out a Megadent lab script for each case…

…and tightly package the lab script, impression/ model, and bite record into a small plastic bag (Zip-Lock® bag).

Step 3:

Put all cases into a box and seal.

Please make sure to use the shipping boxes provided by FedEx. You can obtain these boxes at any FedEx-Kinko’s location, FedEx authorized ship center or by calling us to arrange delivery.

Step 4:

Sign and date all pre-arranged documents, attach to the box and ship.

You can either call us and we will arrange pick-up, call FedEx directly (800-463-3339) or use the nearest FedEx drop box or authorized ship center.

Step 5:

We receive your cases at the lab in Beijing in 3 business days.

Step 6:

We begin making the cases immediately and will call or email with any questions within 2 business days.

We always email you a high-resolution photo of the case in question to help communication.

Step 7:

We send you an itemized invoice for the shipment and ship all finished cases once payment is made.

We accept all major credit cards or Paypal®.

Step 8:

We notify you with a tracking number when finished cases have shipped.

Step 9:

You receive your finished cases in 2 business days.

Your original impression/ model is returned with each case.
