Due to the Dragon Boat Festival holiday in China, we will not be able to receive (or send) any shipments in Beijing on Wednesday June 12th. Therefore, please note two changes to the normal delivery schedule:
1. Cases we receive in Beijing on Saturday June 8th will be returned to you on Monday June 17th.
2. Incoming cases normally scheduled for delivery to us on Wednesday June 12th, we will receive on Thursday June 13th.

Ivoclar will be discontinuing the alloy Callisto® CP+ as of June 1 and has replaced it with a new alloy named Callisto® CPG. This alloy, also a chrome-cobalt based Noble alloy, is almost identical in content and appearance to CP+. More detailed information about the new alloy can be found at this link: Callisto® CPG.
This month we will be transitioning to using Callisto® CPG for all Noble (Co,Cr) PFM and Full-Cast units, designated “Noble (Co,Cr)” on our lab scripts. There is no change regarding the prices of these two products.

Megadent has added a new “VIP Service” option to our lab scripts. Cases with this distinction will only be assigned to a small, unvarying team of our more advanced technicians to achieve a more consistent level of quality. Please find our updated lab scripts attached. There will be a 50% surcharge added to all VIP cases.
VIP Service Promotion: Through February 1, 2013, we are offering customers a chance to try this new service free of charge. Please contact our office for more details.
